How it works
What happens to your payment, status by status.
A payment moves through eight states. Each one has a clear owner, a typical duration, a notification and a document. You see the same timeline our operations desk sees, so there is never a “where is my money” moment.
- 8 statuseson the happy path
- 1 documentper step, in your dashboard
- 3 unhappy brancheseach with a defined outcome
The happy path
Most payments confirmed before the bank cut-off reach “Transfer sent” the same business day and “Credited” within one to two days.

Each status in detail
Quote locked
You confirmed the amount, currency, rail and asset. The mid-market rate, the conversion line, the service fee and the bank fee are fixed for 15 minutes. A payment order under the agent agreement is generated.
- Duration
- up to 15 minutes
- You receive
- payment order (PDF), quote with timestamp
- You do
- send the exact amount before the timer ends
Awaiting USDT
Your personal settlement address for this payment is shown with the network and a QR code. Each payment has its own address, so transfers are matched without a memo. Sending on the wrong network cannot be recovered; the page says so twice.
- Duration
- until your transfer is seen on-chain
- You receive
- address, amount, network, timer; a reminder if nothing arrives in 10 minutes
- You do
- send from any wallet or trading platform in your name
USDT received
We detect the transaction after one confirmation (Tron, TON) or 12 (Ethereum) and record the hash. If the amount is short, you can top up; if it is late, the rate is re-quoted and you confirm again. The screening of the sending address starts immediately.
- Duration
- 1–5 minutes
- You receive
- notification with hash, amount and the next step
- You do
- nothing
Compliance check
An analyst confirms the invoice matches the beneficiary, screens the beneficiary and the purpose against sanctions and prohibited categories, and reviews the origin-of-funds score of your USDT. First payments to a new beneficiary and enhanced-checks countries may go to the sub-status “Documents required”.
- Duration
- minutes to 2 hours; up to 48 hours if documents are requested
- You receive
- clearance notification, or a list of documents with a deadline
- You do
- upload documents if asked
Converted
The USDT is converted to the payout currency at the locked rate on our treasury side. The exact rate, amount and timestamp go into the agent report. This is the last point at which the payment can be cancelled without a bank fee.
- Duration
- seconds
- You receive
- rate confirmation line in the order
- You do
- nothing
Transfer sent
The bank executes the payment. For SWIFT you get the MT103 and the UETR; for SEPA and local rails, the bank's payment confirmation with the reference. An MT103 proves the transfer was sent, not that it was credited; the next two statuses cover that.
- Duration
- before the cut-off: same business day
- You receive
- MT103 or confirmation, UETR, our invoice, agent report, payment-on-behalf-of letter
- You do
- forward the confirmation to the beneficiary if they ask
Awaiting credit confirmation
We track the payment through the bank network by UETR where available and ask the beneficiary's bank for a credit confirmation on SWIFT payments older than two business days. Delays here are usually a correspondent asking the beneficiary's bank a question.
- Duration
- minutes (local), same day (SEPA), 1–2 business days (SWIFT)
- You receive
- tracking updates when the status changes
- You do
- optionally mark “received” when the beneficiary confirms
Credited
The beneficiary's bank confirmed the credit, or you marked it as received. The order closes, the document set is final and the payment appears in your monthly statement.
- Duration
- final
- You receive
- closing notification; everything is in Documents
- You do
- nothing
When the happy path breaks
Three branches, each with a defined outcome. Nobody has to argue in a chat about what happens next.
Sub-status of compliance
We list exactly which documents, why, and the deadline (48 hours). Upload them in the order; the check resumes within an hour. If we cannot proceed, the USDT is returned to the sending address minus the network fee.
After “Transfer sent”
The beneficiary's bank rejected the payment: closed account, name mismatch, compliance hold. We show the bank's reason code. You choose: resend with corrected details, or a USDT refund at the locked rate minus the bank's return fee, within three business days.
Before USDT arrived
Nothing was sent, nothing is charged. If USDT arrives after expiry we re-quote at the current rate; you confirm the new amount, and any difference is settled from the next payment or refunded.
On your request
Before conversion: full USDT refund minus the network fee. After conversion but before sending: refund at the current rate. After sending: only a bank recall, which the beneficiary's bank may refuse.
The reverse flow: getting paid
Five statuses. USDT is sent only after the incoming transfer is final, because bank transfers can be recalled for a short time.
- 1Awaiting incoming transferYou share our bank details and the unique reference with your customer.
- 2Transfer received (provisional)Matched by reference, amount and sender; you are notified.
- 3Final credit and source checkThe recall window closes; the sender is screened.
- 4ComplianceInvoice and contract match the sender and your profile.
- 5USDT sentTo your whitelisted address, with the transaction hash and the agent report.
