Version 1.0 · effective from the date of publication · the version in force is always the one published at this address.
1. Who we are
These terms govern the use of the website and the services offered under the Arkipo brand. The contracting party is PT Global Payment Gateway, a limited company with foreign investment (PT PMA) registered in Indonesia, NIB 2412240053279, registered office at Graha Merdeka, Jalan Merdeka, Sumerta Kelod, Denpasar Timur, Denpasar, Bali 80239, Indonesia (“Arkipo”, “we”). Arkipo is a trading name, not a separate legal entity.
2. What we do
Arkipo acts as a payment agent. On the written instruction of a verified client and under an agent agreement, we (a) pay the client's invoices to beneficiaries abroad from our own bank accounts, and (b) receive payments from the client's foreign customers into our accounts and forward them to the client. For each transaction the client receives a payment order, the bank's proof of execution (an MT103 or a bank confirmation), an agent report and our fee invoice.
We are not a bank and do not hold deposits; we do not pay interest and do not lend. We are not a trading platform or a wallet, and nothing on this site is investment advice. Where a client needs to convert stablecoins into currency to fund an order, the conversion is executed by licensed partners under their own licences and under the client's own contract with that partner; Arkipo does not take USDT from Indonesian companies on its own wallet.
3. Who can use the services
Services are available to companies and individuals that have completed our verification (KYB for companies, KYC for individuals) and signed the agent agreement. We do not serve residents or entities of countries listed as not supported on the countries page, including Russia and Belarus, and we do not serve persons on sanctions lists. We may decline or discontinue service at any stage of a compliance review without stating the reason where the law requires us not to.
4. How an order works
- Quote. Before you commit to anything you see the agent fee, the bank cost at cost, any conversion line with its reference rate and spread, and the expected delivery date.
- Instruction. You confirm the quote and provide the invoice and the beneficiary's bank details. The confirmed quote and the documents form your payment instruction under the agent agreement.
- Funding. You fund the order from a bank account in your own name, or, where agreed, through a licensed partner that sends the proceeds to our account with the order reference. The quote is locked for 15 minutes after confirmation; if the funds arrive later, we re-quote and ask you to confirm again before anything is sent.
- Execution. After the compliance check the transfer is sent from our account before the bank cut-off, with your invoice reference in the remittance information.
- Documents. You receive the payment order, the bank proof, the agent report and our fee invoice; for collections, a credit advice and the agent report.
5. Fees and rates
Our fees are those published on the pricing page at the time of the quote, or those in the tariff annex to your agent agreement if different. Bank, network and correspondent costs are passed on at cost and shown as separate lines. Where a conversion is involved, the reference rate, the spread and the resulting rate are shown as separate lines; the spread and the agent fee are the only lines we earn on. Figures on the website are indicative; the binding terms are those in your confirmed quote and your agreement.
6. Your obligations
- Provide accurate information and documents, and tell us when they change.
- Use the services only for lawful purposes and for invoices and receivables that are genuinely yours; we may ask for the contract or other evidence behind a payment.
- Fund orders only from accounts in your own name or through the funding routes agreed in writing.
- Check the beneficiary's details before confirming; a payment executed in accordance with your instruction is correctly executed even if the beneficiary's details were wrong.
7. Refusals, delays and returns
We may refuse, suspend or reverse an order where a compliance check so requires, where a bank or partner declines the transaction, or where the law requires it. If a beneficiary bank returns a payment, we tell you the reason the bank gave and, on your instruction, resend the payment with corrected details or refund the funds to the account they came from, in the amount received minus the bank's return charge, within three business days of receiving the funds back. Delivery times on the website are expectations based on the rails used; delays caused by correspondent or beneficiary banks, sanctions screening or force majeure are outside our control.
8. Liability
We are liable for the correct execution of your instruction in accordance with these terms and the agent agreement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss caused by inaccurate instructions, by the beneficiary or the beneficiary's bank, by a licensed partner acting under its own contract with you, or by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount of that order and the fees charged for it, unless the law provides otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Complaints
Complaints are handled under our complaints and refunds procedure: we acknowledge within two business days and give a final answer within fifteen business days.
10. Personal data and communications
We process personal data as described in the privacy policy. Notices to you are sent to the email address or messenger you registered with us; notices to us go to support@arkipopay.com or to the registered office.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the new version applies to orders confirmed after its publication. Orders already confirmed are completed under the terms in force at confirmation. Previous versions are available on request.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms and the agent agreement are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes that cannot be settled through the complaints procedure are submitted to the competent court in Denpasar, Bali, unless the agent agreement provides for arbitration.
